Ring road poetry
Yes bab – this features ring roads of the West Midlands and some Coventry poets. Lovely. I did it for The Guardian. https://www.theguardian.com/cities/2017/mar/14/brutal-inspiration-why-poets-are-writing-about-coventrys-ring-road

Talks
Thanks to everyone who came to the Science Museum in London for the Brutalism Redux event. I really enjoyed listening to all the great people there and speaking myself. Will be talking more about Concrete Concept, The Wall in The Head and brutalist architecture at various events in 2017. So watch this space. And if you’re running a event and would like me to talk, please feel free to get in touch via the contact page.

Brutalism Redux – appearance
I’ll be talking at this Brutalism Redux event in London on Jan 27 with other writers, heritage experts and artists. Tickets here https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/brutalism-redux-resuscitating-the-urban-politics-of-brutalist-architecture-tickets-30030308461
I’ll also be doing more book talks in 2017 (one of which I’m very excited about but can’t reveal yet), talking about The Wall in the Head (my novel) and of course Concrete Concept.
Happy New Year!
